Ticket sales are final, with refunds allowed only in circumstances such as event cancellations or postponements.
If an event is canceled:
- Patrons who purchased tickets from Ticketmaster will automatically be issued a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase. No action is required by the patron. Visit https://help.ticketmaster.com/ for more information.
- Patrons who purchased tickets from on-line vendors other than Ticketmaster will need to contact the vendor.
- Patrons who purchased tickets from the EPC Box Office will be contacted by an EPC Ticket Agent for assistance with their refund.
If an event is postponed:
- Tickets purchased from Ticketmaster remain valid with no action required. Once the performer reschedules the event, Ticketmaster will notify patrons of the new status and explain options. Visit https://help.ticketmaster.com/ for more information.
- Patrons who purchased tickets from on-line vendors other than Ticketmaster will need to contact the vendor.
- Patrons who purchased tickets from the EPC Box Office will be contacted by an EPC Ticket Agent for assistance with their options.
