Tickets must be returned at the point of sale – either Ticketmaster or the Box Office. The EPC Box Office has no control over tickets purchased on secondary websites, including but not limited to, StubHub, Vivid Seats, and Ticket Smarter.
Ticketmaster refunds must be requested at least 14 days before the show. Requests are to be made through your online Ticketmaster account or by accessing your portal through your event email.
Box Office refunds must be requested at least 7 days before the show. Requests are to be made by stopping by or calling the Box Office.
Box Office account credit can be requested up until six hours before the start of the show. Account credit requests are to be made by stopping by or calling the Box Office.
