Ticket sales are final with refunds allowed only in circumstances such as event cancellations or postponements.

If an event is canceled:

  • Patrons who purchased tickets from Ticketmaster will automatically be issued a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase.  No action is required by the patron. Visit https://help.ticketmaster.com/ for more information.
  • Patrons who purchased tickets from on-line vendors other than Ticketmaster will need to contact the vendor. 
  • Patrons who purchased tickets from the EPC Box Office will be contacted by an EPC Ticket Agent for assistance with their refund.
     

If an event is postponed:

  • Tickets purchased from Ticketmaster remain valid with no action required. Once the performer reschedules the event, Ticketmaster will notify patrons of the new status and explain options.  Visit https://help.ticketmaster.com/ for more information.
  • Patrons who purchased tickets from on-line vendors other than Ticketmaster will need to contact the vendor. 
  • Patrons who purchased tickets from the EPC Box Office will be contacted by an EPC Ticket Agent for assistance with their options.
     

Other Considerations:

  • Donors who have contributed $500 or more for the current season may request a ticket exchange or a theatre account credit for tickets purchased from the Box Office up to 24 hours before the show. Call or visit the Box Office to make your request.  
  • Season Ticket Holders for the current season may request a ticket exchange or a theatre credit for tickets purchased from the Box Office up to 24 hours before the show. Call or visit the Box Office to make your request.  NOTE:  A Season Ticket Holder is a patron who purchases three or more shows from the EPC Box Office during our pre-season discount period.  Tickets purchased on-line do not contribute towards Season Ticket Holder status.
  • Patrons who are not yet Season Ticket Holders or Donors may request a ticket exchange or a theatre account credit for tickets purchased from the Box Office up to 14 days before the show. Call or visit the Box Office to make your request.
